Pavlov Company has been effectively working on the Russian market since 1995 and cooperating with quite a lot dairy enterprises.
Initially, the company had been a wholesaler of food, cheeses also. At that time the quality of the cheese produced in Russia left much to be desired and we had been trying to understand why it happened. Our technologists began to study all the aspects which could have influence on the constancy of taste and selected ingredients which correspond to the world quality standards.
Since year 2003 Pavlov Company has been a sole representative of CSK food enrichment which brought world-wide fame to Dutch cheese. Pavlov Company supplies not only starter cultures, ferments and other ingredients for cheese production, but also starter cultures for scientific researches in dairy industry.
The leading Russian producers of milk and dairy products work with our company.
We also represent one of the oldest Dutch companies producing equipment for dairy industry and cheese production - C.van‘t Riet Dairy Technology. C.van‘t Riet’s equipment is used all over the world.
In January 2009 Pavlov Company negotiated a contract with Italian mould producer AURORA - Beneforti s.r.l. company and became its sole distributor in Russia.
Recently we are representing Polish company Obram and Russian company Russian’s Milk Machines.
Pavlov Company is a regular participant and prize-winner of different Russian expositions.
